Wuyi

Wuyi is a mountain range located in the Nanping prefecture, in the northern Fujian province of China. Wuyi is known for the unique flavor of its yan cha oolong (rock tea), an unmistakable experience that connoisseurs travel great distances to savor. Big bold flavors are the mark of these carefully crafted teas. Generally rested for a full year before sale, these teas only improve with age.
