Da Wu Ye

From the “Big Dark Leaf” varietal. Traditionally a spring and fall (xue version) with the aroma more pronounced in xue.  Full-bodied large leaves with mineral, flowery and fruit notes. Chou Shi version is a ultra low processed “guan yin” style bringing out a more delicate balance of flavor due to the unique processing.
