Yashi Xiang is the most common strongly roasted, orchid scented, big mountain feel and warming notes. Xue version emphasis on aroma. Chou Shi version the new technique “guan yin” style emphasis on greener lighter notes with same orchid profile. Bai cha is also a newer version very gently roasted as a white tea with delicate creamy white tea profile and oolong depth.
