Red Edge Tie Guan Yin

Traditional red edge, a lesser known version of tie guan yin.  Three versions made to accentuate this rare offering.  Traditional, similar to wuyi oolongs, fully roasted and twisted into a rich fruity reddish liquor.  Deep Roast has very deep roast with a warming spicy finish.  Balled style concentrates the flavors and allows for a different steeping experience.
